Discoloration may occur over time through exposure to moisture, chemicals, and air. Care for your Chouelle jewelry is much encouraged to prolong its luster. It’s recommended to remove your jewelry before any water-related activities or to completely wipe your jewelry dry after exposing it to moisture.

Let your perfume, lotions, hair mists, body oils, and other liquid beauty products absorb first into your skin/hair before putting on your Chouelle pieces.

Before storing your Chouelle pieces, clean them with the provided cleansing cloth to remove oil and dust. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place.

How to Clean your Chouelle Jewelry

Wipe your Chouelle pieces after every use with a cleansing cloth. For deep cleaning, soak your jewelry in a bowl of warm water mixed with mild soap for five to 10 minutes. Wipe dry after.

Jewelry Quality

Will my Chouelle jewelry turn my skin green? +

Skin will only turn green when the metal of the jewelry reacts to the pH levels of your skin. It is not an indication of exposure to harmful elements. In general, people who have higher skin pH levels are more likely to experience their skin turning green when exposed to jewelry.

Exposure to certain beauty products such as lotions and perfumes also may trigger the oxidation process in the jewelry, turning your skin green. It is why we suggest to apply your lotions, creams, oils/perfumes to your skin first and wait for them to fully absorb before wearing your Chouelle pieces.

How can I prevent the oxidation reaction? +

It is advised to apply your liquid beauty products and letting them absorb before putting on your jewelry.

How is Chouelle water-resistant? +

Our jewelry is plated using 18k Gold PVD Plating. The plating does not easily react with water and other liquids, and will retain its shine with proper care.

Is Chouelle jewelry hypoallergenic? +

Sensitivity to certain materials is subject to your unique body chemistry. Reactions are often due to trace amounts of nickel or copper. Our stainless steel, gold-plated pieces do not contain nickel, chromium, or lead which are common skin irritants.

Pick-up & Shipping

How many days does it take before my order is shipped? +

Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days within Metro Manila, while it takes five (5) to (7) business days for us to ship outside Metro Manila.

Can we opt for pick up from your headquarters? +

Yes. Kindly select it in the options as you check out. You will receive notice of order confirmation and pickup confirmation shortly after. Note that for pick-up, free shipping doesn’t not apply and any charges from third-party delivery services you will use will be shouldered by the buyer.

Do you have free shipping promos? +

We offer free shipping for orders worth PHP2,500 and above. Free shipping will automatically be credited to your cart once you reach at least PHP2,500.

Who are your delivery partners? +

We are partnered with Top Dynamics and J&T Express.

Is the price of the delivery calculated at checkout? +

Yes. We apply a flat rate of PHP80 for orders within Metro Manila, and PHP150 for orders outside Metro Manila.

Do you ship internationally? +
