Jewelry Quality
Skin will only turn green when the metal of the jewelry reacts to the pH levels of your skin. It is not an indication of exposure to harmful elements. In general, people who have higher skin pH levels are more likely to experience their skin turning green when exposed to jewelry.
Exposure to certain beauty products such as lotions and perfumes also may trigger the oxidation process in the jewelry, turning your skin green. It is why we suggest to apply your lotions, creams, oils/perfumes to your skin first and wait for them to fully absorb before wearing your Chouelle pieces.
It is advised to apply your liquid beauty products and letting them absorb before putting on your jewelry.
Our jewelry is plated using 18k Gold PVD Plating. The plating does not easily react with water and other liquids, and will retain its shine with proper care.
Sensitivity to certain materials is subject to your unique body chemistry. Reactions are often due to trace amounts of nickel or copper. Our stainless steel, gold-plated pieces do not contain nickel, chromium, or lead which are common skin irritants.
Pick-up & Shipping
Please allow one (1) to three (3) business days within Metro Manila, while it takes five (5) to (7) business days for us to ship outside Metro Manila.
Yes. Kindly select it in the options as you check out. You will receive notice of order confirmation and pickup confirmation shortly after. Note that for pick-up, free shipping doesn’t not apply and any charges from third-party delivery services you will use will be shouldered by the buyer.
We offer free shipping for orders worth PHP2,500 and above. Free shipping will automatically be credited to your cart once you reach at least PHP2,500.

Yes. We apply a flat rate of PHP80 for orders within Metro Manila, and PHP150 for orders outside Metro Manila.
