Warranty Policy
All of our pieces are covered by a 7-day warranty policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to avail the warranty. Please note that claiming for warranty means that items will be returned and we will replace them with a new one.
To be eligible for our warranty, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will need to submit a video which shows unpacking the item (with airway bill visible) and the defective item.
To start with a return, you can contact us at chouelle.co@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
